Western Reserve strain of wild type Vaccinia with the vaccinia p7.5 promoter driving eGFP expression and inserted into TK locus. After sucrose cushion purification, the vector is stored in 1mM Tris-Cl, pH 9.0 at -80C. You may be required to have small pox vaccination to use this product depending on the rules at your institution.
