FIV vector with CMV (Cytomegalovirus) promoter driving the expression of  a FLEX cassette with eGFP in the forward (on) orientation and mCherry fluorescent protein in the reverse (off) orientation in the absence of Cre Recombinase. In the presence of Cre Recombinase, eGFP will be excised and mCherry flipped to the on, expressed orientation. Puromycin selection marker. VSVG envelope.
