Modified Vaccinia Ankara with modified H5 promoter with an empty cassette. There is a single LoxP site remaining from the removal of the p11GFP marker used for selection during purification. After sucrose cushion purification, the vector is stored in 1mM Tris-Cl, pH 9.0 at -80C.
