Vaccinia Modified Ankara (MVA) that has been heat inactivated to be used as a vaccine adjuvant. Can enhance T cell response and anttibody response. After sucrose cushion purification, the vector is stored in 1mM Tris-Cl, pH 9.0 at -80C.
